Elite Nail Design and Beauty is changing... :) Written 30th July 2024

What's happening?!Many of the Elite Nail Design Team will now be working independently and we will no longer have employees. Some Nail Technicians and Artists will still be available, but some will not. Why?This is due to a restructure of the business. As everybody knows, the downturn of the economy has taken it's toll on so many businesses over the last few years, and every day we see more and more small businesses close down. It's very sad.It's our duty to make decisions in the best interest of the company and acknowledge what could potentially destroy it.I like to be honest and transparent always. In order to keep up with demand and changes, I have decided to 'pivot' the business in a new direction. Personally I'll be concentrating on training and retail. Teaching others is my passion and I want to fully concentrate on this to give my best to students. The business will then only be leasing out working spaces to individuals. (Nail Artists and other Beauty Industry professionals) What will this mean for you?It's very likely that your favourite Nail Artist is still available. You will be able to check this online for a while longer, but as the business changes over the next two to four weeks - those individuals will gradually move you into their personal diaries and our own booking system will close for clients. You can also contact the Nail Artist directly to book. You will make payment to the Individual directly also. We will post details of this when we know it, on all of our social media and may also follow up with another email/message soon when it has been finalised. A note from Teresa:Any major decisions in life are stressful and this for me has been huge. It's a necessary change, but a difficult one. I hope everyone embraces it, as I know the team have. It's a positive really. The fantastic team are still there for you, and I want to support and encourage them as they make their own paths into the business world. It's exciting but also nerve wracking for them and I hope you'll join me in wishing them all the best of luck in their new ventures. I'm not going anywhere... will still be around salon to see your lovely faces. Just a necessary change in business structure, and let's face it - I'm not getting any younger, so it's definitely time for that change and to pass on some of the business to the team!If you would like to reach out or need clarification on anything at all, I can be contacted on Teresa@elitenails.com.au, or I'll see you in salon! Clients will now need to contact the individual businesses directly to book. Nail and beauty services available. * NO CHILDREN are permitted in salon unless they have an appointment *
